Minimum one year expertise in relevant activities
Proficiency in English, Malayalam and Hindi
Academically should have completed any graduation. Preferably BA English

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The BD Executive will play a pivotal role in the development of valuable business relationship within specific vertical markets, contributing to revenue streams, based on existing Moplet capabilities and platforms. Team Moplet is the perfect platform for an ambitious junior salesperson to gain experience in the entire sales cycle from lead generation to account support and client interaction.

To identify profitable business opportunities based on the analysis of potential profit margins, timescales, and competition
To develop and maintain a lead generation plan
To deliver a continuous pipeline of qualified opportunities through various prospecting means including research, networking, cross-selling, cold calling, exhibitions, partnerships etc.
To negotiate contracts / SLA’s that achieve company objectives
Offer account management support to the senior sales team for existing accounts
To ensure the highest possible conversion rate of new leads into confirmed new business
To identify and report on market trends, competitor activity, customer demand, buying process developments and other relevant market intelligence
Qualification and Expected qualities

Will own a complete platform from initial architecture, design of components, quality and deployment planning
Will act as an evangelist for the product platform. Identify right technologies for the business use cases.
Will be involved in creation of user manuals, internal documents and customer API documentations.
Development of code to required standards
Architect solutions for required new features or improvements
Breaking down development work into manageable and measurable pieces of work
Undertake code reviews to ensure code standards are maintained

Involved in troubleshooting existing applications in production. Identify and build tools for troubleshooting.

Should be aware of the latest technology trends. Should participate in professional publications, conferences and events.
Will be involved in mentoring junior team members and aligning them towards company goals.
Identify and implement metrics for measuring platform stability and end user feedback
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years experience
Built distributed systems and have the capacity to identify a problem and provide a solution
Experience with scalable applications. Ability to identify probable bottlenecks and come up with approaches to mitigate them.
Experience in working in cloud infrastructure. Capability in identifying and working with IaaS and PaaS providers.
Good understanding of OOPs and Functional programming concepts.
Working experience in one or more of the technologies like PHP (laravel, YII, Code Ignitor ), NodeJs (hapi.js express.js, socket.io), Java.
Experience in identifying database solutions for a given problem. Experience working with one of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
Has a good knowledge about API fundamentals and have worked with third party APIs integrations.
Should be a highly motivated and a quick learner.
