- Moplet may make use of Customer business details including logo within a publicly viewable platforms to showcase the business of Moplet.
- Customer must appreciate; however, that Moplet store all message content and activity logs indefinitely and that the law may require us to disclose details legal and regulatory agencies. In this regard, Customer hereby grant the consent to take such action by Moplet.
- Moplet holds the right to record the complete service details as per the regulations governed by law to make constant integrations in our services and for service enhancement.
- In order to ensure that service terms are adhered to and to ensure that we comply with the rules, regulations & laws that apply, Moplet may check the contents of the service. The data may be deleted permanently as per Moplet policies over a time.
- Moplet share customer service related content and/or information to any third party for any purpose whatsoever except for the purpose of service.
- The customer is liable to choose and set a strong password and is fully accountable for maintaining password confidentiality always. Moplet, as per the scope permitted by law, holds all the rights to access and use this information.

- Moplet uses external links on website and service portals. Customer should visit them only after adequate identification of potential security concerns.
